In addition Assured Hospice Care provides spiritual care support, medications, durable medical equipment, and 24/7 on-call registered nurses. Further, hospice is a service that is 100% covered by Medicare. Our Mission: The mission of Assured Hospice Care, Inc is to provide high quality compassionate palliative care, end- of- life care, grief support and education to our patients, their families and our communities. HOSPICE CARE Hospice Care is appropriate when: You or your loved one is diagnosed with a terminal illness If a patients disease follows a normal course, end of life may be expected within 6 months.(Hospice Care will continue to be provided as long as their condition remains life- limiting). Patient refuses or is not eligible for aggressive care for terminal illness.
