Assured Lender Services, Inc. is an independent foreclosure trustee specializing in non-judicial commercial foreclosures. We provide our services throughout the Western United States, including Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada and Utah. We also have strategic relationships with key service providers in Oregon and Washington. Assured's client base includes special servicers, law firms, private investment groups and individual investors and beneficiaries, located throughout the United States. We foreclose on loans with unpaid principal balances of all amounts, from under to over $900 million. Through our involvement with the United Trustees Association and Special Assets Management Association and relationship with knowledgeable attorneys, Assured remains aware of and focused on the intricacies of, and changes in the law affecting, complex commercial foreclosures.
