You’ll still get to live there! Step 3: Rent to Buy Rent your home from us while you’re getting back on your feet. We’ll charge you a fraction of the rental amount you’d pay for something similar. Step 4: Home Buyback Once you’re back on your feet, you’ll have an opportunity to buy your home back from us. We’ll sell it back to you at a price well below its market value!
