Astheimer Design is an automotive design studio developing mobility solutions for a sustainable future. We balance visionary creativity and practical engineering to make sure our designs are unique, relevant and desirable. Founded in 2009 by Carsten Astheimer with Russell Gillott, the team has grown into a multidisciplinary team of designers and design engineers. Specialist focus on sustainable mobility is sharpened by extensive product and sector experiences creating more holistic and unique results. We offer a personalised service from the positioning of the initial concept to fully road legal functional prototypes. Working for different brands, we are not tied to any one design language, but we have strong beliefs and design principles; every project we do should be pure, harmonious and innovative. Our values have helped us develop long term collaborative relationships with our clients, including Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Nissan, Airstream and Caterpillar.
