As Australia’s leading astronomical instrumentation organisation, we create advanced technologies to explore and understand our universe. Astralis draws on experience, expertise and facilities from three leading universities – Macquarie University (AAO), Australian National University (AITC) and the University of Sydney (through subgroup of the SAIL lab). We provide end-to-end bespoke instrumentation solutions for- spectrographs and imagers- optical fibres and photonics technologies- adaptive optics- astronomy software; and - technical systems management. Astralis is a consortium between the Macquarie University, Australian National University and University of Sydney’s astronomical instrumentation groups seamlessly working together to provide end-to-end solutions.
