As economists and testifying witnesses, Astrina’s litigation support group is sought out by national law firms. We specialize in valuing financial securities and intellectual property, and we have opined on corporate governance, partnership responsibilities, and fiduciary duties. Since 2002, Astrina has been advising CEOs, CFOs, Boards of Directors, private equity sponsors, and prominent family offices on valuing, buying, merging, restructuring, funding, and selling private mezzanine-stage companies with a fiduciary standard of care. We provide partner-level services to just a handful of select clients at a time. As such, we generally accept new clients on a referral basis only. Astrina’s Beginnings Astrina was founded in 2002 and soon became renowned for its core competencies at the time: private company valuation, investment due diligence, and transaction structuring. Of course, we still offer these services to our established clientele.
