Asucd Coffee House
The ASUCD Coffee House (known as the "CoHo") is the largest primarily student-staffed collegiate retail food service operation in the United States. As the most popular dining facility at UC Davis, the CoHo serves organic fair trade coffee and a wide variety of food items from seven different service platforms to over customers per day, while providing employment and valuable workplace training to over 400 UC Davis students. The student-friendly environment of the CoHo fosters a progressive workplace culture for its students and supports leadership and employee mobility within the organization.
