ASX Properties is a one stop company for all of your real estate development, construction, and management needs. We have been in business since 1993 and during our 25 year history have completed over 25 successful projects. We specialize in multifamily 55+ communities but have also developed, built, and managed everything from traditional shopping centers to senior independent living/assisted living CCRCs to market rate apartments to offices, restaurants, event centers and retail in open air mixed use centers. We have recently grown our business by partnering with outside equity sources and are looking to grow our business by attracting new equity investors. Our future in-house projects will focus on 55+ multifamily communities and Opportunity Zone developments.
