Source We will source the best Sake, Shochu and Craft beer products in Japan. To ensure the best, we will sample each product and visit each brewery before negotiation begins. Collaborate: We will actively work with these producers to learn and tell their ‘story’. We know what the American consumer wants and we will fine-tune our marketing and packaging to match their needs. Deliver: We will procure the product, tell the story and ultimately deliver to over 240 wholesale outlets across 50 states. We will test and launch sales in January 2011. Connect & Educate: We will build an online community around our brands to tell ‘your story’, and listen to your customers as well we will enhance the overall nihonshu story by online explanation, news, articles, blogs, video content and live in person seminars and tastings.
