ATC was formed in February 2008 by experienced recruitment professionals who had become frustrated recruiting in what became increasingly a transactional high volume market. Having a combined 50 years + experience working previously with National recruitment companies we took the step and opened a consultancy of our own in order to be able to offer a bespoke service to each client and candidate. We collectively pride ourselves on a consistent and thorough approach in all aspects of the recruitment process and success to date has been built on our close working relationships with our clients and candidates and our ability to deliver a genuinely valuable and cost effective recruitment service. We are able to respond to requirements very quickly due to our understanding and vast experience within the recruitment industry. We understand that the culture within an organisation is fundamental to its success. A key aspect of our work is gaining a genuine empathy for that culture and enhancing it though our candidates.
