atelier noir is a community of diverse personalities with different specializations and unique life stories, which converge in ideas and concepts. We connect skills and stories whose synergies create a new aesthetic and social added value. atelier noir understands architecture as a language that is translated into light, materials, and symbols. We embrace space and bring it to life with function, interior design, art, graphics, and clothing. In this way, we create a harmonious whole: from the shadow of a chair to the feel of the floor, from the cut of a garment to the composition of a facade. atelier noir seeks more than just the three-dimensional form and function of spaces, surfaces, and objects: atelier noir makes longed-for intentions become spatially real. Founded in Basel in 2021, atelier noir expanded in 2022 with a national location in Zurich and in 2023 with its first international branch in Australia.
