Athena Meat Trading, founded in 2009, is a well-established trading company of food products, specializing in frozen meat. Many people often ask, “What is the origin of the name Athena?” Athena was the goddess of wisdom, and favorite daughter of Zeus, which is the image we want to convey – taking every decision with care and attention. We make every effort to provide excellent service, for customers and suppliers, to make Athena synonymous with trust, reliability and amongst the best in our industry. Our team consists of Roberta Zuliani, CEO and trader with over 20 years’ experience, with an energetic and highly skilled staff. We are active in the EU and International Markets (Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, South Africa, Emirates and South America). At Athena, our philosophy is to provide quality, professionalism and to adapt quickly to the ever-changing marketplace to find the best solutions for our clients. We are delighted with the success achieved since 2009 and thank both suppliers and customers for all their support. In travelling around the world, visiting factories and premises, it has helped us better understand the meat trading market.
