The Athlete Development Institute (“ADI”) was formed to provide personalized evaluation, planning, instruction and guidance to middle school, high school, and college student athletes to maximize their success in the chosen sport, in school and in the selection of a career. The Institute also provides a graduated and age appropriate introduction to physical movement and sports involvement to pre-school and elementary school students, while providing appropriate developmental activities to post college adults.
