Athlete Retreat

Athlete Retreat is a sports performance training company based in Odessa, FL - just north of Tampa. We offer group training sessions, private coaching, adult fitness, and events to keep our athletes prepared for every season. Our story began 7 years ago in our original retreat at 'the barn' with a passion for sports, the outdoors, and an active lifestyle. We treat our members like family and truly want to help them succeed competitively in their athletic careers and in life. The goal at AR is to help each of our athletes or members achieve optimal sports performance functionality. Every training program is tailored to meet individual needs with an emphasis on strength, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention.
