Welcome to Athletic Forge! We provide the ability for clients to move towards personal excellence by Maximize Physical Performance by a world class strength and sport science programming for anyone that believes that with the required dedication and attitude hard work pays will off. How: The program design is built on strength and athletic development, which allows clients to excel in nearly all sports and daily life. This is based on methods developed over the course of a decade experience in sport science. The phasic nature of the training will coincide with optimization of nutrition in terms of caloric intake and macronutrient ratios to ensure peak physical development. Using sport psychology tools, we develop resilience, coping skills and stress management. Providing the possibility for clients of having the full access of specialized coaching with the expertise of a sport scientist, nutrition coach and mental skills facilitator which normally only is available to elite professional athletes. Athletic Forge will forge athletes out of anyone who believes that science based strength and conditioning with hard consistent work breeds success.
