Athona Education has been raising recruitment to an artform since 2007 and specialises in providing recruitment and workforce solutions to schools and education establishments across East London, Essex and Suffolk. Focussing primarily on supply teachers and support staff, we also have many long-term contract and permanent job roles available throughout the academic year. In May 2022, after 15 years in business we launched ‘The Art of Recruitment’. We wholeheartedly believe that recruitment takes the same level of care and attention as an artist would spend perfecting their craft. We believe there truly is an art to being a good recruiter and we bring that to life every day for our candidates, clients and employees.
