Primarily focused on developments in Florida and several other key target states in the USA, Atlantic seeks to provide partners and investors with access to superior projects and returns in both the residential and small to mid-scale commercial property markets. Atlantic’s business model provides for a balanced approach to projects based on either: a ‘buy then renovate’, or a ‘build from scratch’ perspective.
