Atlas Autism

Atlas Autism is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to providing individualized-support plans that encourage and promote long-term development for members of the Autistic community. We believe that respect, communication, and relationships are fundamental necessities that ultimately propel personal growth. Throughout their lives, Autistic persons will encounter many hurdles in which they will need to climb. Hurdles such as, but not limited to, access to therapies, assistance with employment, and help with living arrangements. Such hurdles require some extra assistance. The majority of non-autistic people do not know how to view or communicate with people on the Autism spectrum, and, as a result, these hurdles ultimately become much more difficult to climb. Atlas Autism’s aim is to provide the education and support necessary to make it over these often times hard to navigate hurdles. Our purpose is to bridge the gap of communication and understanding between the Autistic and non-autistic populations. We aim to do this by working with local health professionals, business owners, and farmers to create individualized support plans that promote long-term personal development and growth of the ASD community.
