This gives employees (and employers) maximal control over their monthly premiums and allows each employee to pick the plan that is best for them and their families. Then we look to supplement the insurance with a curated selection of programs specifically designed to help employees make measurable improvements to their physical, mental, and financial health. We have partnered with several vendors that typically only sell to large (500+ employees) to bring fortune 500 level benefits to small and mid-size employers. In addition to helping employers, we partner with employee benefits brokers to help them bring a best-in-class ICHRA experience to their clients.
