I was brought into ATN to oversee various real estate sales procedures, with responsibilities including consulting with clients, identifying their requirements, presenting offers, completing paperwork, and reaching monthly sales targets. Advising and working closely with the management team, my priority was to provide leadership and direction to the on-site sales team in meeting or exceeding sales team goals and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, I was responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction while demonstrating respect and professionalism. Additional duties included, but were not limited to: Oversee work schedules; Perform periodic competitive market analysis and provide pricing and incentive recommendations; Coordinate sales & marketing strategies, campaigns, and events; Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with the realtor community; Lead the sales team in creating a stellar customer experience; etc. Select accomplishments: •Achieved a 90% closing rate. •Generated 1.5M in transactions during market peak.
