Atomation

We built Atomation because equipment monitoring had a deployment problem. Traditional monitoring required infrastructure: power runs, network extensions, IT coordination, weeks of planning. The equipment that needed monitoring most often went unmonitored because the deployment economics didn't work. Process intelligence at the edge. Our sensors analyze equipment conditions locally: threshold monitoring, pattern recognition, anomaly detection. Real-time decisions without cloud dependency. Battery life measured in years not months. Deploy without infrastructure. Battery-powered cellular gateways eliminate the need for facility power or network. Mount sensors, power on gateway, configure thresholds. Hours, not weeks. Deliver actionable alerts, not data streams. Operators receive notifications when equipment needs attention. The system learns what normal looks like for each asset and flags deviations that matter. Use our dashboard or your own systems. Open APIs mean you can use our dashboard or integrate equipment health data into existing CMMS, ERP, and operations systems. What we believe: Technology should enhance operator expertise, not replace it. Sensors detect patterns, algorithms identify trends, experienced people determine root causes and decide when to act. Deployment matters as much as capability. The most sophisticated monitoring system that never gets installed provides zero value. Real-world reliability beats laboratory performance. Equipment operates in dust, moisture, temperature extremes, and vibration. Technology must work reliably where customers actually deploy it. Partnership opportunities: White label for CMMS providers. OEM bundling. System integrator collaborations. We're not trying to replace experienced maintenance teams with algorithms. We're giving them better information, faster, in environments where getting that information has traditionally been difficult or impossible.
