ATQ Consultants provides services which improve the delivery of public services, and focus on helping public, private and third sectors to work together more effectively, especially when complex services are being commissioned. We have many years experience in complex commissioning and procurement, and leading edge skills in helping both commissioners and providers respond to the challenge of payment by results; • work with both third and private sector providers to help them enter and develop their position in public sector markets. Projects range from fundamental reviews of business strategy and support to public sector “spin-outs”, through commercial due diligence of public - sector facing companies, to advice on specific opportunities through solution design and bid writing; • help both the private and third sectors to raise investment to support growth in public sector markets or respond to specific opportunities which require working capital such as services procured using payment by results.
