The name Atria was chosen in recognition of the founders' child who was born with a congenital heart defect. To help further our understanding of pediatric congenital heart disease, specifically with respect to a heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), Atria is committed to making a difference by donating 5% of all proceeds received to the research of Dr. V. Mohan Reddy, Chief of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery at UCSF for the purposes of fighting pediatric congenital heart disease.
