Atrium Real Estate Services is a real estate appraisal firm and a registered corporation within the State of Texas. Atrium has been owned and operated by Lory R. Johnson, MAI, SR/WA, since October 1991. Atrium Real Estate Services is committed to maintaining a qualified appraisal staff and producing high quality appraisal reports in a timely manner. All of Atrium's appraisal assignments are completed in-house. Atrium Real Estate Services is home based in Austin, Texas with offices in DFW and Corpus. We provide appraisals, appraisal reviews and litigation support throughout Texas. Real estate appraisals have been completed on various properties including single and multi-tenant office and retail projects, vacant land, multi-family, shopping centers, industrial properties, various special use properties, and large-scale single family and mixed-use subdivisions. Atrium Real Estate Services is experienced in providing appraisals for multi-parcel right of way and partial interest/easement acquisition projects. Recent projects include appraisals for TxDOT right of way and county right of way expansion projects, overhead transmission line easements, waterline easements, gas pipeline easements and whole property acquisitions for flood, creek restoration and noise mitigation buyouts. Atrium Real Estate Services is an approved appraiser for an extensive list of lending institutions, private entities and government agencies. We have seen many projects into the final eminent domain phase of litigation and have experience in providing appraisals for hearings, pre-litigation support as well as expert testimony. Lory R.
