Atticus Land and Development is an Affordable Housing Development Consultancy. We work with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Developers across England and Wales to support our clients in the delivery of new developments. We offer a range of services including: Development Consultancy We provide support to our clients in a range of areas including project management (Pre and Post Contract) and sourcing and progressing new development opportunities. Affordable Housing Disposals We have an extensive network of contacts within the Housing Association sector in England and Wales, as well as a sound understanding of the affordable housing market. We utilise this experience to assist developers to identifying suitable affordable housing partners and to negotiate the onward sale of Section 106 and other affordable housing.
