I have an exciting announcement to make.after 6 years of successfully building and leading the People & Culture discipline at Convene, I am relaunching my coaching and people strategy consultancy, Aubergine Partners. In 2013 I joined Convene on a six-month consulting project to create a People and Culture function. Convene had 38 employees. Six months turned into a remarkable six-year journey where we built a formidable values-based culture, offered coaching across the organization from, and earned multiple awards for employer of choice and “Best Workplace” as the company grew to over 570 employees.(https://convene.com/catalyst/inc-magazine-convene-best-workplace/). Aubergine Partners, which I founded in 2013 after 25 years as a human resources executive in the luxury hospitality industry, has evolved to focus on three of my passions: culture development, executive and team coaching, and strategic team alignment. We give our clients a unique competitive advantage through Core Energy Coaching, a process that aligns purpose and values with business strategy, leading to extraordinary success. We accomplished this at Convene in the company's first six years with unprecedented results, including: • sustaining an employee turnover rate under 15% • an increase in employee satisfaction from 89% to 94% while the company doubled in size • a 70% rate of employee referrals To achieve results like this, Aubergine draws on a network of seasoned coaches and industry professionals from distinct cultures.
