Audacia Capital is a Dubai based investment bank with a primary focus on private equity and investment banking covering the Middle East North Africa and Turkey (“MENAT”) region. Licensed and regulated by the Dubai Financial Service Authority (“DFSA”), Audacia Capital’s core activities in private equity and investment banking deliver exceptional, sustainable capital gains and fee-generated income that are aligned to Sharia principles. Using deep knowledge of our primary investment markets and capitalizing on our unparalleled networks, we target privately held mature companies with high dividend yields, small and medium enterprises, start-ups and real estate opportunities. Using an astute investment model, we consider opportunities against defined and prudent criteria to identify risk-managed growth potential. We commit equity funding of ten to twenty percent to each private equity transaction while raising the remaining capital from co-investors on a deal-by-deal basis. Our firm capitalizes on its robust know-how of the MENAT region to amalgamate the interactions of committed and dedicated management teams of investee companies onto one platform.
