Africa Union Holdings is an Investment company, focussing on wealth-creation for its shareholders and stakeholders and is strictly commercially driven for its growth and success. As investors, the company would keenly like to make a difference to customers from whom it derives its income and continue to survive. In the process of investment, we intend to create jobs in the country and contribute to the stability of the South African economy, as well as that of the Southern African region. This will ensure that international investment is precipitated optimally. The company has adopted a "win-win" approach in its dealings. Our immediate objectives have been, inter alia, the establishment of eleven business units which will ensure that our long term goals are achieved.
