Thanks to the experience developed by Augens’s founding partners in leading private equity and investment banking firms, we apply the international best practice of private equity investments to the Italian mid-market. Our team has years of experience in investing, and the partners of the firm have been working together for many years, taking on different roles as investors, advisors and managers. Augens Capital’s investment strategy is based on majority management buyout and growth equity investments in the Italian mid-market. We invest in high-quality companies that need financial and strategic support to face succession issues, to tackle export markets and to lead sector consolidation processes. Our primary focus is on the healthcare, consumer and business services sectors.
