Augustus Gelatery was born our of love. Noticing a lack of true artisan Italian gelato in Melbourne’s outer fringe, our founders had a vision to bring joy, quality and sensational gelato to new communities. Our first store in Pascoe Vale came to life in 2016, with bold and unique store fit-outs, vibrant colours and delicious flavours. Now several years on, the Augustus Gelatery brand sparks child-like excitement and satisfaction in every store, from the beachy streets of Geelong to the vibrant community at our flagship store in Essendon. We bring our delicious gelato, fantastic team and instantly identifiable brand to more and more suburbs each year. Fresh ingredients are what make our products shine. Each store stocks 36 flavours, including dairy, sorbet and plant-based options. We choose to support local businesses, and wherever possible, use ingredients in their most natural form. Visit any Augustus Gelatery store, and you’ll find it filled with beaming families enjoying fantastic flavours and friendly service. We operate a franchise model, but the word ‘franchise’ is never used. We’re a family of stores. From the Management Team to each person working within the store, we’re all connected.
