AUI, Inc. is a Managing General Agent and Surplus Lines Broker licensed in the State of Texas, specializing in placement of Excess and Surplus Lines Accounts as well as Specialty Programs, both admitted and non-admitted. AUI was originally formed in 1985 to provide access to E&S markets as well as develop and manage exclusive programs for a nationwide group of independent agents. In 1993, the facility expanded its agency base to include Texas agents outside this organization. Today, AUI still maintains a working relationship with many of these original agents nationwide, but our primary focus is on placing Texas risks for Texas agents. We are located in Central Texas and provide our services to agents statewide. We maintain competitive insurance products for numerous classes of business, as well as providing various Specialty Programs.
