The Company focuses on value-add and opportunistic investments in residential real estate (multi-family, single family rentals, condominiums, short term rentals, etc.) located in the United States, Portugal, and Greece. Aulder Capital targets middle-market transactions ($15 to $100 million) with attractive risk- adjusted returns achieved through investments in capital improvements, operations, marketing, and design/branding. Aulder Capital has acquired over $975MM and units since inception in 2012 and targets $150+ million of new acquisitions each year. Aulder Capital also manages the Aulder Community Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides financial and social services to residents and communities in our local markets.
