Aum Luxembourg

AUM came into being to promote yoga, fitness and wellbeing in Luxembourg. Currently we are building a team of people that are not only passionate about their work, but they have a deep knowledge about the direction and purpose of what they do. Out of joy, we constantly improve the quality of our services, seeking more efficient and different approaches into perfecting our work. AUM Yoga is about adapting the practice to the environment is being taught, without loosing its essence. What seemed to be a random choice of activity has become our passion, purpose, lifestyle and finally work. Since most of us started this shift with different types of physical activities, we added also classes like Pilates and Cross Training, which we feel they are sustaining wellbeing and can be used as a stepping stone for Yoga. In the future we plan to add genuine and authentic holistic approaches to different ailments, not just easing the symptoms, but going to the source and cure it. In this project we might include ayurveda, nutrition, massages, different activities that are supporting your wellbeing. This may turn to be your firsts steps into realizing your true potential.
