Aum Yoga Therapy

I provide Yoga Therapy and instruction for couples, individuals, and groups. I am a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga therapist. I help people access their minds and emotions through their bodies so that they can find answers and healing from their own inner teacher. A session takes between 1.5 and 2 hours, and includes guided visualization, movement and dialogue. The most unique aspect of this work is that the client has the opportunity to look back at their session, and find ways to apply what they have learned to their everyday lives.
