AUR Leasing is a joint-stock company established in 2018 as part of AUR non-banking financial institutions fund. Leasing financial service has been launched in the 1st quarter 2019 with an initial investment of EGP 100 million and solid shareholders AUR Finance for Investment S.A.E, Egyptian Gulf Holding for Financial Services S.A.E (owned 99.9% by EG Bank) and AUR Capital for Financial Services S.A.E. The company achieved a remarkable position in the Egyptian market within the 1st year of operations with a diversified portfolio across multiple sectors by providing tailored leasing solutions and advisory services. AUR Leasing is now applying for Factoring financial service licenses to be launched within 2020 with an additional capital injection, as we aim to become Egypt’s leading financial institution in tailoring financial solutions to ensure sustainable growth.
