Aura's goal is to help IFAs develop the most appropriate business model to achieve their vision and objectives, with efficient business processes that are backed up by clear plans and adequate resources. Aura's approach is to gain an understanding of the IFAs business model (IFA Business Health Check) before recommending services that suit the IFAs advice process, very similar to the 'know your client' rules. Aura provides the short term solution to ensure the IFA firm will be in position to benefit from the effect of change in the long term. Aura is unique because of the combination of skills provided from the partners, which is then duplicated in its careful selection of employees. The partners have over 30 years of IFA experience, founder and managing director of an IFA practice and over 15 years of consultancy experience with major consulting and marketing firms.
