Also, recruiters know immediately after opening of the position how many candidates are interested and they can proceed to the next phase of interviewing. Some positions are not visible to the candidates (unknown company or low job posting budget) Our robots scan the whole market at once. Therefore, companies will be matching the criteria, not visibility & frequency of their advertisement, or branding. Candidates are often spammed by ads and phone calls about positions they are not interested in (KPIs of recruiters & head-hunters) Companies cannot see the candidates unless they match their requirements.
