We are supporting financial and b2b services companies to digitalise their business model and/or take the next s-curve. Corporate Finance Advisory plus: We specialise in international corporate finance and M&A transactions in the Financial Services / b2b Tech / ClimateTech / Defense/PeaceTech area with a focus on fast-growing tech-led business models. We go beyond the immediate capital management needs and are strongly relationship driven: for example, we also support insurance capacity providers, identify potential new B2B customers, or simply provide strategic advice or start a search for a collaboration partner. We are collaborating with Donata Garrasi to scale Defense/PeaceTech’s commercial use and support its capital-raising efforts.
