We are a full service auto body and collision repair shop that has served Aurora and the surrounding area since 1997. Aurora Collision started out as a small body shop that grew considerably. Today, we are still on the smaller side as an independent auto body shop with 8 employees. Aurora Collision is small enough to give our customers the personal attention they deserve. As a result of our devotion to our clients, we have many repeat customers who come back to us for our outstanding service, honesty and integrity. Those same customers refer their family and friends. At Aurora Collision Center, we work first and foremost for our customers – not the insurance companies. We have no contracts with any insurance companies. We work for you and will not compromise our standards to do what is right for you. Aurora Collision Center is known for our honesty. We take the time to explain the estimate including all the prices and parts that are needed. We can sometimes offer different options for customers who are paying out of pocket and need to save some money. At our auto body shop, we value communication between us and our customers. We update our customers by phone or email to inform them of our progress throughout the collision repair process. Our focus on communication is what sets us apart.
