Ausmetec are the designers and manufacturers of ProFlote Flotation Conditioners. The ProFlote is an Internationally Patented magnetic conditioning technology used to agglomerate fine paramagnetic minerals to increase their recovery in a flotation circuit. The Patented ProFlote technology has been proven to selectively increase the flotation of <38µm paramagentic particles. The ProFlote equipment is installed to increase the recovery of metal by recovering the fines. ProFlote equipment can be used to increase Recovery/Grade of Lead, Zinc, Copper, Silver, Gold, Nickel, etc. ProFlote equipment consists of a high strength and high grade rare earth magnets in a stainless steel sheath and operated with compressed air.
