Austin Circle Partners is a team of entrepreneurs with success investing in, operating, and growing private companies. We seek to identify, acquire and operate an existing private company with an initial enterprise value between $5.0 -$35.0 million. We are funded by a group of family offices, seasoned entrepreneurs, executives and investors. The Managing Partners at Austin Circle Partners are graduates of Harvard Business School and Northeastern University, both with backgrounds in middle market advisory, business development, entrepreneurship, operations and sales. Our acquisition search is focused on the United States and South East Asia.
