Austin Torch

The Torch is Austin’s professional women’s and gender expansive ultimate team. The Austin Ultimate community ignited the Torch in 2018 to promote women in ultimate and showcase them to an audience that would not otherwise get the opportunity to watch its fierce, elite players in action. From its inception, the community has taken a grass-roots approach to this team in terms of ownership, funding, and organization, culminating in our PUL Championship Weekend appearance in 2024.
