Australian Environmental Cleaning Services (AECS) is a privately-owned cleaning organisation established in 1995. The company has developed an excellent client base throughout Victoria. The AECS management team have been in place for many years and are continuing to grow the business successfully. AECS currently employs approximately 350 cleaning operators and provides cleaning, services to commercial, retail, government and public facilities, sporting venues, manufacturing complexes, business office parks, education, and health facilities across Victoria. AECS continually strives to improve health and safety, environmental and quality performances and has achieved Triple Certification in our Quality, Environmental and Safety management systems. A computerised Integrated Management System (IMS) combines our internal management practices into one system. How OUR Cleaning Services are Different/Better than Our Competitors AECS won’t lay claim that our services are different in terms of the range and types of services however we won’t make false promises and fail to deliver the clients expectations, we will work hard for our clients to ensure the services are delivered as required. Our team is well organised, well trained and our management and cleaning staff have been very stable over the last 20 years through good management practices and rewards. Our focus is on retention of contracts. We aim develop a long-term relationship with our clients. We understand the difficulties involved in winning new business and we understand the client’s frustration continually feeling the need to change due to poor cleaning standards or lack of communication.
