Enterprise & workforce development, the establishment of functional supply chains, that will deliver on the acquisition programs when in contract, from initial to 'business as usual' delivery. Full experience from tender application through to program delivery (day to day operations). Major relevant experience: Land 400 Ph3 - Hanwha - worked to develop a full national supply chain response for the successful bidder. Coordinated hundreds of company responses to the requirements and facilitated pre-qualification, upskilling development and onsite visits across Australia on behalf of the tenderer in order to deliver a robust and compelling solution to the Commonwealth's requirements. Included a particular focus on local industry participation. Queensland Train Manufacturing Program - Downer - Worked as the face of the Downer supply chain development program for the Downer QTMP winning bid. Conducted Queensland supply chain development programs across the state, interacting with hundreds of Queensland and Australian businesses. Provided guidance, upskilling and onsite support to help Queensland SMEs participate in the QTMP.
