At Authentic Connections, we believe no one should have to face mental health challenges or life-changing conditions like alopecia alone. In partnership with BALDILOCKS, we help people who feel lost, overwhelmed, or invisible to rebuild their confidence, reconnect with community, and get their glow back. We work with individuals and organisations to deliver compassionate coaching, wellness experiences, workplace talks, and empowering products that spark real change from the inside out. Kathryn Newman (that’s me!) is the engine behind the scenes creating safe spaces, developing services, and guiding people through mindset shifts and emotional breakthroughs. As a qualified mindset and business coach, I bring lived experience of neurodiversity and mental health recovery to help people overcome barriers and activate their potential. Dan is the heart and frontman of the movement—sharing his story publicly, speaking on stage, and representing the BALDILOCKS message with humour, vulnerability, and strength. His visibility helps open the door for deeper conversations and connection. Together, we stand for empathy, humour, and human connection and we’re building a movement that changes lives, one glow-up at a time.
