Authentic Headspace

Authentic Headspace is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Our mission is to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention through advocacy and community outreach. We envision a future community space where individuals can come for healing and where organizations can lead conversations on mental health and social issues. Right now, we're focused on expanding our Panic Attack Relief Bag Program in middle and high schools across Metro Detroit. These bags are filled with calming tools and resources to help students manage anxiety and panic symptoms. We’re also continuing to build local partnerships and explore grant and research opportunities to support our initiatives and long-term impact.
