Authentic Living is an initiative that promotes holistic wellbeing through various forms of preventive and curative care for individuals and organizations. Our corporate partnership programme is specifically designed for organizations looking to support the mental health and wellbeing of their team members through the use of effective coaching and therapy practices. Alongside our corporate programme, we support our community's mental health and wellbeing by providing one on one therapy services, masterclasses, and adjunctive workshops. Conducted by highly experienced, trained and certified mental health professionals, these initiatives exist to create a safe space for individuals to take ownership of their personal wellbeing and healing. As advocates for mental health and its close connection to overall wellbeing, we also create and share helpful resources with our community through social media.
