Authentic Psychologist

I have done Bachelors and Masters in Clinical Psychology post which I worked for a year at a USA based emotional wellness company called wayForward and also created mental health modules for a startup based in Singapore. To pursue my dream to become a clinical psychologist, I did M.Phil in Clinical Psychology where I was extensively trained in government, private, Army and Airforce setups (In patient and outpatient). I am registered with Rehabilitation Council of India as a Clinical Psychologist and practice using an eclectic approach with a trauma focused lens. My mission is to make mental health more inclusive and looking at individuals beyond labels. I strongly believe in learning, unlearning and relearning to keep myself updated with the current research. Mental health is my safe place and Psychology renders me in a state of flow
