She is an experienced professional leadership coach and has more than 30 years of corporate experience as HR Director in the Consumer Goods industry. In her own authentic and empathic style, she supports leaders in their personal development so they can become the better version of themselves. She does this through individual coaching trajectories, but also team assessments and trainings, and full organisation assessments.
