We endeavour to help you understand the problem and by working with you, we can deliver creative, simple and cost effective solutions. DART is a new type of dynamically mixed flow reactor. Starting with a hold up volume of just 7ml the design is fully reproducible at industrial scales. Unlike traditional micro reactors, the annular design and the variable shear mixing enables DART to handle liquids, gases, slurries (suspended solids) and viscous materials without the risk of blockages. The DART design is reproducible in a range of materials allowing many different biological and synthetic chemical processes to be operated.
